NAMEFULLY FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

  • How will my jewellery be shipped?
    All Namefully jewellery is shipped and insured via either the US Postal Service or Federal Express. Please note that in order to best protect our customers we require signature of receipt on all orders. If you have any special shipping requests we will be happy to accommodate your needs. Please see our Shipping Policy for details.
  • What if I need my order rushed?
    That's not a problem at all. Just mention your delivery expectations to a Namefully customer service professional and we'll adjust our shipping methods accordingly.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Namefully is glad to offer free shipping to countries around the world with USPS or FedEx International®. A $10 handling and insurance fee may apply, and customers are responsible for local customs and taxes imposed by international authorities. We suggest that you contact your local authorities to confirm such duties. Please see our International Orders page for more details.
  • Do you ship Namefully jewellery to APO/FPO addresses?
    We proudly ship to APO and FPO military addresses using US Postal Service Registered Mail. Please allow for an additional two to three week delivery time with APO/FPO orders.
  • What are my payment options if I make a purchase from Namefully?
    To best suit your online shopping needs, Namefully accepts all major credit cards as well as payment through certified services such as PayPal and bank wire. Please see our Payment Options page for more details.
  • What if I want to make a return?
    Any non-personlised items can be returned or exchanged within 60 days. Due to the personalized nature of name necklace design, all personlized Namefully purchases can only be accepted for return if you receive your piece with an inherent structural flaw, or if the spelling specified and confirmed in your order appear otherwise on your final creation. In either case, our Quality Control Team will assess the item for flaws and reserves the right to deem the product unflawed or otherwise unacceptable for return.   • Is my online purchase secure?
    Namefully is proud to secure your online payement with today's most advanced e-commerce tools. We employ fraud-protection tools and safely encrypt all online transactions with EV SSL technology. Please see our Secure Shopping page for more information.
  • Is my privacy protected with Namefully?
    In good faith, Namefully will not share your information with third parties. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information.
  • Do I have to pay a sales tax?
    Namefully does not tag on additional costs by adding a sales tax. Please check with your local authorities for exceptions, as your county, state or country may impose fees regardless of Namefully policy.
